Artwork / Printing / Proof:

  • We request high quality vector EPS, PDF or AI files so we can provide you with the highest quality print possible.
  • If you require assistance converting the art to a vector file we suggest using Vector Magic’s free online tool.
  • Pantone (PMS) color matching is available, we can also match closest to CMYK colors via the PMS colors.
  • Artwork is stored for possible reorder projects for a maximum time of 4 years.
  • Depending on the material of the flash drive, we offer spot color printing, deboss, laser engraving and full color printing with halftone and fading capability.
  • A virtual proof will always be provided, even on a reorder, to confirm not only the artwork size and placement but the flash drive style and color are correct.
  • Techtron is not responsible for any art errors after the virtual proof has been approved.
  • Pre-Production printed samples are an available option. The production time for a prepro is usually 3-5 business days followed by our standard production time after the sample approval. Additional charges may apply.

Data Locking

Also known as a cd-partition, this is most commonly used to secure your data so that it can never be deleted while still allowing the remaining drive capacity to be used to read and write data.

Auto-Run

The option to auto-launch data or a website every time the flash drive is plugged into a computer.

Data Upload Disclaimer

Techtron Industries cannot be held liable for any information upload issues that are not the responsibility of our factory. All software programming of the data, testing of the data and layout of the data must be done prior to us receiving the data for upload. A screen shot will be provided for approval and confirmation prior to uploading. Data uploading may extend the production time of the project. Data is not stored after the product has been shipped; any reorders will require the data to be provided again.

Custom Options

Custom Designed Flash Drives

Do you have an idea that you would like to see turned into a flash drive? All we need is an idea or image and within a short period of time will turn that into a virtual proof for your review. We offer a variety of materials such as PVC, ABS plastic and metal for our custom shaped drives. If you are looking for a high quality, low-cost and quick turnaround custom option then a drive in PVC will knock you and your customer’s socks off!

Custom Retail Inserts

If your customer has a need for retail packaging we can help design a double-sided custom insert to give the entire package that truly custom feel.

Custom Case Color

Do you need the flash drive to match the color of your customer’s logo? Many of our drives have the option to have a custom PMS case color.

Production Time

Standard Production is 5 to 7 business days after proof approval, subject to change based on style or additional production requirements.

Samples

  • Non-functioning blank and printed samples are readily available. A FedEx and UPS account number will be required for shipping.
  • Pre-Production samples are an available option. The production time for a prepro is usually 3-5 business days followed by our standard production time after the sample approval. Additional charges may apply.

Distributor Order Information

A written purchase order with pricing, style, color, PO# and ship-to information is required and can be faxed or emailed. Confirmation will be provided upon receipt of the purchase order.

Credit terms or prepayment must be arranged prior to production. We reserve the right to bill credit cards prior to production.

A virtual proof will be provided to confirm style, color and artwork placement and production will begin within 24 hours of proof approval.

Techtron is not responsible for any style, color or art issues after the virtual proof has been approved.

Once the virtual proof has been approved any additional changes may be subject to a fee at our discretion and must be made within 48 hours. Once printed or engraved the product cannot be returned unless deemed defective by the manufacturing or printing process. Defective items will be replaced in a timely manner at our expense or the purchase price will be refunded at our discretion.

Quality Policy

Quality is the foundation of the products we offer and the decorating techniques we employ. Techtron Industries is committed to continuously improving our quality management system, products, and services.

All products are assembled and tested according to Military Standard 105E with an AQL of 1%.

Environmental Policy

Techtron Industries believe that balancing financial motivations and environmental concerns to be an obligation. It is our policy to conduct business in compliance with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws and regulations.

Terms & Conditions

Printed or engraved the product cannot be returned unless deemed defective. Defective items will be replaced in a timely manner at our expense with an item that is equal or greater in value or the purchase price will be refunded at our discretion. All of our flash drives carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty which covers the life of the product and any defects deemed to originate from the manufacturing process. Techtron Industries will not cover warranty replacements due to the mistreatment of the product, water damage and/or electrical surges. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping otherwise the shipment will be refused. All claims regarding a faulty product must be made within 3 business days of receiving the order.

If the customer is not happy with the product due to an error in printing or manufacturing we are more than happy to assist with a replacement of that order, refunds are not available.
